I remember in 2016 it happened in October, but this year it happened in August - but silver lining: no having to lug around a heavy coat!

Face of the Day: MAC Zac Posen Palette

Happy Wednesday!  I'm attempting to do one 'Face of the Day' post per week, so here is one featuring a palette that I was super excited about.

When the makeup fairy brought me the Zac Posen 'Eye Z You' MAC Palette I was BEYOND excited.  I'm a fan of Zac's work, and I think that the look of  palette lines right up with his work in the fashion industry - lovely and able to appeal to the masses.

Hot Off the Presses Part 7

It's that time again!  Swatches of three hand-pressed shadows by yours truly.

As I type this, I'm getting pigment all over my keyboard, because I swatched these about 20 minutes ago.  This is why we can't have nice things.

Lisa's Cosmetics Warehouse Sale: Fall 2015 + Haul

I just got back from the Lisa's Cosmetics warehouse sale, and I took lots of pictures to share!

This year sale is located in Markham, on 135 Commerce Valley Drive East, in Markham, Ontario.  I went right at 12:30 pm, and there was tons of parking and no lineup to get in (on my way out, around 2:45 pm, it was much busier - less parking, and a lineup in the building).  Click through for tons of pictures!
